I’m passionate about teaching and facilitating, with years of experience as an adjunct professor at Kean University Michael Graves College of Design. I guide students through real-world design challenges, blending theory with practical applications to inspire creativity and critical thinking. As a facilitator, I foster an engaging, collaborative environment where diverse perspectives thrive.

Beyond the classroom, I designed and scaled an internal Design Sprint training program at Prudential Financial, certifying 500+ employees in one year, which significantly enhanced the company’s design capabilities. In the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, I also developed a self-service, digital training program that allowed employees to continue learning and applying design methodologies remotely, improving team efficiency and engagement during a challenging time.

 

By creating dynamic, interactive sessions, I help shape the next generation of designers to think strategically and drive impact.
