I deliver great results by collaborating effectively, applying new techniques and learnings, and leaning into the spark of new ideas and concepts.

I am a Cross-Functional Collaborator with over a decade of experience in design operations, program management, and customer experience strategy. I’ve led initiatives that have increased engagement by 350%, optimized processes by 50%, and earned multiple industry awards from Forrester, Gartner, CXPA, and USCXA. Whether enhancing customer experiences, improving team efficiency, or executing high-impact programs, I deliver outcomes that move the needle.

Prudential Financial | Manager, User Experience (UX) Designer
