CLIENT ASK:

With a megaportal scheduled to be dismantled, the client needed to know what information should stay or go. Responsible for collecting, reviewing and consolidating existing research and analytics and content to ensure consistency, relevancy and developing the Application Services site experience. In a rapid and collaborative process, various concepts for redesign of the new portal were user tested.
